A project schedule is created, and each phase is tracked during scheduled progress meetings. Payments are tied to the completion of each project phase as outlined in the agreed schedule.

Time-Based Advisory Model

This option offers more flexibility. You pay only when advisory support or expert guidance is needed. Time is billed according to scheduled meeting durations. This model is well-suited for clients who prefer on-demand support without committing to a full project scope.
The standard rate for time-based services is US$ 50 per hour.

While this model offers flexibility, it may result in higher overall costs due to its variable nature.
